2 Clothes : Ladies and Gentlemen: both can take about 6 pairs of their clothing for Tibet part out of which at least two must be warm which can be used for parikrma. Pilgrims by helicopter can take 4 pairs of clothing. (Saree, Dhoti or Lungi not advised during parikrama)

Woolen hand Glows, Muffler, Monkey cap etc.
Woolen Sweater (Half & Full), Woolen Shawl
One kaftan, swimming costume or half pent etc. for deep in Mansarovar
Rain coat preferably poncho type

How much maximum luggage yatri can carry?
Total Baggage allowance in International Airline is 20 Kg (Check in baggage) & 5 to 7 Kg hand bag
In Nepal Local airline & our helicopter Baggage allowance is 15 Kg per person maximum. You are requested to arrange your baggage in following method
1 Bag Soft or Hard Luggage Suitcase for all your belongings, cloths etc. this bag you can keep in Nepal hotel with your used cloths in Nepal & one pair fresh cloths to use in your return while going to Yatra in Tibet.
This bag you can keep normal clothing’s what you want to use in Nepal depending on your plan to extend stay in Nepal for other tours.
1 Bag Soft, spacious duffle bag to carry required clothing’s and other belong-ings for your Tibet part of Yatra.
This bag you will take for your Tibet part tour & will carry items only required for Tibet Tour. (Max 15 Kg)
Back pack: which you have to carry personally during parikrama. You have to carry your water bottle, camera, torch light, your emergency medicines, some biscuits, chocolates etc. (Only For passengers who want to go for Parikrama by trekking)
What currency & how much do we need over & above Tour Cost ?
First of all we like to inform you that Indian Rupees 1000 & Rs.500 Notes are not permitted in Nepal so Please carry Rupee in 100 rupee note or less. In Nepal you can use Indian Rupee for shopping etc. INRs. 100 = NepalRs. 160 = Chinese RMB 9.5 = US$1.63 Indian Rupees are not accepted in Tibet. We will guide you to exchange the amount to Yuan (Chinese Currency) in Nepal. In Tibet part you will need currency for Hotels up gradation if you wish to do so Shower Bath as in Tibet there will be no bathroom in Lodges you stay as per their system they have shop for hot shower bath you can pay & have bath. Horse for Parikrama nearly 22000 to 25000 for one horse & horseman Tips to Chinese Guide, Driver, Nepali sherpas & Manager etc. Telephone from public call office or to buy Chinese sim card
What kind Health Problems we face & what fitness is required?
Even thou Kailash Mansarovar tour is pilgrim as it is located in High terrain which require some fitness of pilgrim. The main health consideration in Tibet is High altitude Sickness. About 90% yatries experience some mild symptoms of Mountain Sickness initially such as headache, lethargy, nausea, and difficulty in sleeping which will be reduced day by day you get acclimatize.
We recommend drink more liquid (No alcohol) & pass more urine is the best remedy for high altitudes.
We carry Oxygen and Portable Altitude Chamber for passenger worst situation.
It is highly recommended to consult your family Physician (Doctor) and make sure you dont have any chronic, heart or other dieses which can effect adverse if exposed in high altitude. Mild blood pressure, or Diabetics can travel but must carry personal medicine properly as per Physicians advice.
What kind of Hotels in Nepal & Tibet side?
Basically we use 3 to 4 star Hotel in Kathmandu.
- Nepalgunj: Hotel Siddhartha / Hotel Batika (For Helicopter Tour Only)
- Simikot : Sun Velly or Nepal Rashtra Hotel 4 person in room (For Helicopter Tour Only)
- All Hotels are based on twin sharing in Nepal for Single occupancy you have to pay extra
- INR 2000 extra per night for 3 Star Hotel
In Tibet we accommodate in Lodges every where even during Kailash Parikrama No camping. This Lodges or Hotels in Tibet are for 4 to 6 sharing & have Common Toilet. Those who wish to upgrade in Twin sharing and attached toilet rooms it is possible to upgrade. Only at

What kind of Transportation in Nepal & Tibet side?
- Nepal Side: Non AC Mini Coach.
- Tibet Side: AC Mini Coach
- Mansarovar Local : For all Transport in Kailash & Mansarovar Area will be only by ECO Bus provided by Local authorities.
CHINESE VISA / TIBET PERMIT
For Kailash Mansarovar Yatra China issue only Group Paper Visa.
For Visa at least 30 days before departure we have to submit color scan copy of all passengers passport to CIPSC who will obtain travel permit and send to us 2 to 7 days prior to departure.
With this travel permit we have to submit entire group original passports to Chinese Embassy New Delhi.
Will get visa copy along with all original passports after 4 working days in Normal case
FOR OTHER NATIONALITY
With travel permit we have to submit original passport along with 2 passport size photo in Chinese Embassy Kathmandu
Will get visa copy along with all original passports after 4 working days in Normal case
What happen if some member in group holding Indian Passport but not staying in India?
Those who are holding Indian Passport and traveling to will get visa in India only with present original passport that also all passports in group have to submit together so even for one passenger left in group permit list either have to cancel or apply together.
How much we have to walk during Parikrama?
Basically Parikrama is of 3 Days
Day 1 Yama Dwar to Derafuk is Mild Trek of about 14 Km which you can do in about 4 Hours in normal speed.
Day 2 Derafuk to Zuthulfuk is difficult trail as we have to cross Dolma La Pass enroute about 22 Km one can do it in about 8 to 9 Hrs in Normal walk.
Day 3 Zuthulfuk to Dharchen pick up point is Mild trek of about 10 Km you can do it in about 2.30 Hrs.
If you cannot or do not want to go for Kailash Parikrama by foot then you can hire a horse and horse man for 3 days by paying extra (RMB 2200). This rate is may vary during travel time, hence not a fixed rate.
But please keep in mind that even Horse do not carry you on its back during difficult terrains so be prepared to walk about 3 to 4 Hrs during 2nd day trek of Parikrama.
During Parikrama our Sherpa staff will accompany group for their stay & Food arrangements depending on people
What if I don’t want to do Parikrama?
IF you don’t want to do Parikrama we would provide you accommodation and food Dharchen base camp and you would have to wait until others return from Parikrama.
If I want to do Parikrama riding on horse (pony) how much does it cost?
The cost is around 21000 -25000INR which you have to pay yourself directly as it is not included in Tour Cost
If Not going on Parikrama can I return back to Kathmandu early?
When you are traveling in group all have to enter together & exit together as per Chinese Law if you wish to return early you will be charged extra for arranging Transport up to Kathmandu beside this Spliting and cancelling your name from Group visa penalties & extra Hotel stay payment in Kathmandu
What is difference between Inner Parikrama & Outer Parikrama?
Inner Parikrama is as per Tibetan belief one can do only after completing Kailash outer Parikrama for 12 Times. Its route differs only from 2nd day part as instead of passing through Dolmala Pass we trek little high before and pass through Kuber Kund This part is very difficult and it may require rock climbing with rope in some part. It is possible to do in end of August or beginning of September. Along with Kailash one can cover Nandi Parvat also
What is Asthapad can we go to Astapad?
Astapad is basically belief in Jainism it is 8 steps of Tirthankar Rishabh Dev. It is not included in your tour itinerary due to restriction from Local police. If you wish to visit you can do it in one day trek early morning you start from Dharchen & return by Evening possible only by trek permission possible from Local police when you are in Dharchen. Any charges or transport you have to pay extra for same.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION
For Booking you have to read and sign our contact form and submit to us along with Deposit of INRs. 25000 and color scan copy of passport page with your photo and detail & page with your address normally 1st & last page of Indian Passport. and scan copy of your passport photos. This all you can email & payment you can either send to us by NEFT or courier us Local Indian Cheque.
When We have to Pay balance Amount ?
Balance amount including applicable service tax must be paid before 30 days of your departure date.
What Happen if I book and due to some circumstances I cannot Go?
You can cancel your Trip anytime only with sending request in writing either by Email or by courier or mail No verbal or telephonic conversation will be considered for cancellation. Company will charge cancellation charges as per below & refund your money in 30 days.
Condition Cancellation Charges If Cancelled 40 Days prior to departure or before submission for permit in Tibet Rs. 5000 15 to 40 Days prior to departure before receiving permit Rs. 5000 + US$150 7 to 15 Days prior to departure after receipt of permit before visa submission Rs. 5000 + US$350 After Visa submission Rs.10000 + US$ 350 After Visa before 4 days of departure Rs.15000 + US$350 3 Days or less prior to Departure 50% of tour cost.
